About
Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, or other concerns, I strive to help you move beyond self-awareness toward practical and meaningful change in your daily life. I will provide a space for you to identify patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may no longer be serving you, while developing tools, intentional actions, and a deeper dependence on the Lord to sustain you through difficult seasons in life. I offer professional therapy in both Arabic and English depending, on each client’s preference, for those seeking a space where they feel understood and supported.
My Goal as a Christian Counselor
My goal as your counselor is to create a space where you can better understand yourself, including the patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, while using counseling approaches that help you live with intention. Together, we will build practical tools to support you in regulating your emotions, strengthening your sense of self, and finding meaning in seasons of pain. My hope for our work together is that you gain clarity, perseverance, and a greater sense of purpose and connection with God, yourself, and others.
What I Offer in Christian Counseling
In counseling, I offer a space of curiosity and insight to help you understand the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be getting in the way of the life you imagined for yourself. We will explore where these patterns come from, how they impact your relationships and daily life, and what is keeping you feeling stuck. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches alongside a faith-based and trauma-informed perspective to support you in moving toward what matters most and what you sense God is calling you to.
My Approach to Christian Counseling
I approach Christian counseling from the belief that we are whole beings made of psychological, physical, and spiritual parts that deeply impact one another. Because of this, I believe growth not only involves addressing symptoms and emotional pain, but also exploring the deeper questions of suffering, meaning, identity, and purpose within the context of your faith journey. I integrate evidence-based clinical tools with biblical truth to support you in engaging with your struggles while recognizing that God remains “our refuge and strength, an ever-present help” (Psalm 46:1) in seasons of uncertainty, grief, or fear.
