I make it a point in my counseling to properly teach every technique and tailor them to your specific needs so you can begin applying them and seeing positive change, with God’s help. My aim is to help you understand what's happening beneath the surface, regain a sense of control in your life, and discover practical ways to move forward with confidence. From our very first session, you'll leave with tools you can begin using right away and sharing with others as we work together toward lasting growth in Christ.
