About
As your counselor, my goal is for you to experience increased hope and meaning in your life. I offer support for teens, adult individuals, and couples struggling with a variety of concerns, including anger management, anxiety, depression, relationship problems including codependency and infidelity, trauma, grief, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and much more. With God’s guidance and direction through Christian counseling, hope and healing are possible. You don’t have to struggle alone. There is no doubt that every struggle we go through can make us stronger. The secret is learning how to move through your struggles. It is my goal to help you identify your struggles and learn pathways to overcome them. Together we will work through your struggles to achieve a healthy mental attitude. I believe this is possible for you with the Lord’s help.
My Goal as a Christian Counselor
My aim as a Christian counselor is to bring healing and hope to every client that comes to my office. My primary desire is to help people and to provide a welcoming space where they can feel comfortable expressing their needs and finding support and solutions for the challenges they face.
What I Offer in Christian Counseling
You can expect to find a welcoming environment where you will experience God’s love and care for you. I look forward to hearing your story and learning about the reasons you decided to pursue counseling. We’ll discuss what you hope to gain through your counseling experience so we can establish a customized treatment plan to help you reach your goals and desires. You can expect a positive, relational approach as we work together to take steps toward your healing and growth.
My Approach to Christian Counseling
One significant benefit of Christian counseling is the hope that it can offer to a person. Providing therapy from a faith-based perspective builds a foundation for one to work with that also brings strength and hope in a way that secular counseling does not provide. My faith encompasses who I am as a counselor and serves as a strength regarding how I approach people. As I have grown in my faith and my walk with the Lord, it has helped me to know how to better help and serve others.
