About
Life is full of peaks and valleys, and these valleys we experience can sometimes present themselves in the forms of anxiety, addiction, depression, or unresolved pain from past traumas. No matter how deep or dark our valleys seem to be, God can carry us through, as He provides comfort to the deepest levels of our souls. The good news is that the weaknesses and fears you experience today have the potential to be turned into your greatest strengths. I offer counseling for children, teens, adult individuals, couples, and families, and look forward to witnessing the Lord’s transformation in your life and relationships.
My Goal as a Christian Counselor
As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can be your true self and discuss whatever matters most to you, free from judgment. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients, fostering a partnership where we work together to identify and achieve your goals. My role is to support, guide, and empower you as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will navigate challenges, uncover insights, and create strategies that resonate with your individual needs.
What I Offer in Christian Counseling
My approach to therapy is client-centered, believing that every client has the potential for growth, especially with the power of God. This approach views the client with empathy and cultivates a safe, trusting environment where every client is free to openly express their true feelings, without judgment. My goal is to create honesty, trust, and respect in our therapeutic relationship and I want you to feel heard and understood during our time together.
My Approach to Christian Counseling
As a Christian counselor, I use Scripture, therapeutic training, personal experiences, and the Holy Spirit to meet the needs of my clients. I believe in the power of prayer, and I pray for insight as a counselor, to meet my client’s soul-level needs and areas for healing. I also pray daily for all my clients individually, as God works in their lives.
